Through from main living is a separate huge second lounge, again with bifold opening to allow for fabulous indoor outdoor flow. This media room is again heated with a separate heatpump and boasts an impressively sized TV. A full laundry is located just off this lounge.

The king bedroom with huge walk in wardrobe and access to the large marble tiled bathroom, leads into the bunk den with 2 sets of bunks for the smaller ones in your family.
