King Of The Hill

As the names suggests, King of the Hill is an outstanding, large, contemporary property with new décor and furnishings to match. King of the Hill is an impressive modern home bursting with class and comfort for the discerning traveller.

As you arrive at the property, you'll first notice the large driveway and double garage. Enter through the internal access or via the front door to find the open plan modern kitchen with all the amenities you need to host one or two families, or for your group of friends. The large dining table is perfect for entertaining all the guests staying. Country style with additional seats and a bench seat ensure you can all dine together.

Immediately around the corner from the kitchen is the front lounge with large, brand new sofas, finished with plush cushions for comfort and relaxation. Combine this with the mountain view, and you'll find it difficult to leave once you have curled up in front of the fire and smart TV.

For the summer months, the fully enclosed, beautifully landscaped large courtyard features a rare super-sized table that can again accommodate the whole family. Let the children roam safely while you sit back in the BBQ area sipping on a local buttery chardonnay or wonderful Central Otago pinot noir.

The 4 bedrooms offer flexibility and an abundance of space depending on your group size – perfect for family reunions.
