Or sit back with a glass of local pinot and watch the sun set over Mt Roy. The Apartment offers a bar fridge and all the tools you need to create delicious cocktails. There is also a wine decanter to ensure your red wine of choice has been perfectly presented.

Extremely comfortable Superking beds (able to be split to long singles) are framed by contemporary wallpaper headboards and boast stylish linens. All bedrooms have their own large modern bathroom, with 2 ensuite and one adjacent to the 3rd bedroom.

Sunset over Roy guests also have access to the complex gymnasium, spa and indoor heated swimming pool. This wonderful facility is perfect to enjoy a a rejuvenating soak after a busy day exploring our gorgeous adventure playground.

Guests of Sunset over Roy, have the use of 2 assigned carparks (one located outdoors and the second a private garage), making parking a breeze. Alternatively you may just wish to securely store your bikes or boat in the garage, as you explore our area.

The apartment is located a 200m boardwalk stroll from the centre of Wanaka, with boutique shopping and award winning cafes and restaurants.
