On arrival you will enter the property through the large wooden gates to park the boat or multiple cars or make use of the double garage in the colder months. The expansive fully fenced house, has a spot for any time of the day providing privacy and alfresco options. The first outdoor area complete with furniture, is South facing so it's ideal for sitting with a coffee soaking up the morning sun. Then move around to the northern side of the house which provides further options for the evening with plenty of outdoor furniture, sheltered entertaining and dining, BBQ, and a firepit for all occasions.

When you enter the inside you will arrive in an equally impressive space that starts with a separate bathroom with shower and guest toilet to the right-hand side. Next to the downstairs bathroom is also the internal access to the garage and laundry area. Additionally located in this area is a separate lounge setup with comfy couches and a TV with chromecast perfect for the kids to entertain themselves, and giving the adults space to relax. The ground floor also boats the large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The living area has an abundance of space with large Smart TV with chromecast and Freeview. Cosy up next to the fire and go old school making use of the DVD player with an impressive selection of DVDs to choose from. In the dining and kitchen area, you have further options from the stylish breakfast bar stools, and multiple French doors creating the perfect indoor/outdoor flow and ideal for alfresco dining. The kitchen has all new modern appliances should you feel the need to bake a cake or put on a slow roast through winter. Upstairs and starting from the right-hand side, you will find the master bedroom complete with ensuite and private entrance to the lake facing balcony. Across from the master bedroom is Bedroom 2, which has a Queen bed, TV and also a separate entrance to the large, wrap around balcony. Next down the hallway, is Bedroom 3 which also has a Queen bed and then finally Bedroom 4 is the bunk room designed for kids. This has a separate entrance to the balcony where you can find additional sun loungers – ideal for the evening sun or just a quiet place to read a book.

LOCATION: Ultimate Escape's location is set in the desirable central location of Meadowstone. It is just a couple of minutes walk to the lake or a short, flat walk into the town centre. For the adventurous, the Waterfall Creek track is also just across the road or if you have brought the boat, you can use one of the many boat access points.
